Terms apply to all customers and users who use the service. You agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you will not use our services.

Booking
Bookings can be made by:

  • Online Reservation Form
  • Email
  • WhatsApp
  • Phone
  • Or Simple turn up with your luggage

Luggage will be stored for the duration of your booking, however if you want to extend your period,
please contact our staff to make arrangements.

Unclaimed luggage & Unpaid luggage for more than 3 months after the agreed end of the storage period
may be sold to cover the cost of storage.

Payments need to be made in the local currency.

Safety
All luggage will be required to be open for inspection at the time of checking in. Bali Lockers will not
store food, illegal items, inflammable goods.
Bali Lockers reserves the right to refuse storage.

Insurance
Bali Lockers offers up to USD 450 reimbursement for damage or lost goods.
If you wish to be covered for damage to goods that are inside your luggage, then please allow our team
to inspect the contents before accepting storage.
All complaints will require you to complete a compliant form. Bali Lockers reserves the right to refuse
claims once luggage has been collected by the customer as there is no opportunity to verify damage
once luggage leaves our storage facility.

Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
If there are any changes to these Terms, we will provide a 14-day notice period. After the revised 14-day
notice period new terms become effective. If you do not agree you can cease using the service.
